Screening/RECRUITMENT

Participants are recruited via social media advertisements that redirect them to a screening survey that automatically assesses whether they are eligible to join the study. (Please note that this link shows and abbreviated version of the survey so that the opt-in process can be easily shown.)

Initial screening form where participants that participants are taken to after clicking social media ad. If they are eligible to enroll in the study, they are asked to provide their contact information, including their phone number, and are given a link to the privacy policy and terms page.

Consent/Enrollment

We will call eligible participants to enroll them in the study. As part of this process, they will be complete this consent form.
